Abstract

ABSTRACT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT AND TASK COMMITMENT IN ONLINE LEARNING IN BP MANAGEMENT STUDENTS 17 FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS UNIVERSITY PUTRA INDONESIA “YPTK” PADANG This study aims to determine the relationship between Adversity Quotient and Task Commitment in Online Learning for Management Students Bp 17 Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Putra Indonesia "Yptk" Padang. Adversity Quotient with Task Commitment. The independent variable in this study is Adversity Quotient and the dependent variable is Task Commitment. The measuring instrument used in this research is the Adversity Quotient scale and the Task Commitment scale. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique. The sample in this study was 201 Management Students Bp 17 Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Putra Indonesia "Yptk" Padang. Validity and Reliability Test on the Adversity Quotient scale moves from r_ix = 0.308 to r_ix = 0.781 with a reliability coefficient of 0.918. While the Task Commitment scale moves from r_ix = 0.311 to 0.634 with a reliability coefficient of 0.848. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Adversity quotient and task commitment, with a correlation of 0.420 with a significant level of 0.000 which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a positive relationship between Adversity quotient and Task Commitment on Management Student Bp 17 Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Putra Indonesia “Yptk” Padang.
