Abstract

This study aims to see the extent to which the function of communication and job satisfaction of employees towards providing customer service PT. BPR LPN Talawi Sakato. The variables examined in this study include the function of communication and job satisfaction in terms of its relevance to providing customer service in a company. Respondents in this study were all 18 BPR LPN Talawi Sakato employees. The results of the statistical t test in this study explain that the communication function variable has a significant effect on the provision of customer service as evidenced by the value t count> t table (2.537> 1.73961) and the significance value of 0.023 <alpha 0.05. Job satisfaction variables have a significant effect on customer service delivery as indicated by the value t count> t table (2.747> 1.73961) and a significance value of 0.015 <alpha 0.05. The statistical f test results conclude that the communication function variables and job satisfaction together influence on the provision of customer service at the BPR LPN Talawi Sakato Office as evidenced by the significance value of 0,000 <0,05 and the value of F_hitung18,411> F table 2.64. The test results of the determinant coefficient are that the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 71.1%, the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.
