DINUL AKHYAR, S.KOM, M.KOM Marketing is the determination of what will be sold to consumers in the form of products or services at a profit, through certain methods, conditions and distribution channels, as well as the creation and processing of programs to generate, serve and expand sales. Geographical factors of Gusti Furniture, which are far from the center of the crowd, cause the marketing process to only run in nearby areas. The sales system that has been used by Gusti Furniture is by way of direct marketing itself or face-to-face with prospective buyers. This is a problem because of the inefficiency in the sales process of the furniture, so the shop revenue does not experience a significant increase.
