Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on employee performance through work stress as an intervening variable (Study At PT. Fachri Purna Graham Padang). This research uses quantitative research by using SPPS App for Windows 16.0 path analysis as data analysis. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work stress, intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work stress, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, stress work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job stress mediates emotional intelligence on employee performance, job stress mediates intellectual intelligence on employee performance.
