Abstract

Irna Suryani, NoBp 15101155310027. Department of Management, 2020 The Effect of Empowerment Model, Work Competence and Discipline on Teacher Performance in Sman 12 Padang City. Under supervisor I Ibuk Dr. Ir. Zefri yenni, M.M and supervisor II Mr. Vicky Brama Kumbara, S.E, M.M The results of this study indicate the results of the t test, namely: Empowerment Model significantly positive effect on performance significantly, Competence has a significant positive effect on performance, Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on performance. F test there is a significant positive effect together with Empowerment Model, Competence, Work Discipline on Performance. Determination Test, there is a contribution of Empowerment, Competence and Work Discipline Model variables to the performance of only 87.0% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined. The results of this study are in line with those conducted by Saputra, et al (2016), and Khairiyansyah (2015), Widyadari (2018) and Hafid (2017), Pramularso (2017), Widyadari (2018), Saputra, et al (2016), and Nugrahenieni (2016).
