Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine how much influence Knowledge Management, Leadership Style, and Work Disciplie have on Employee Performance with Wor Motivation as a Moderating Variable at the Teramang Jaya Sub-District Office. Methods of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires with a sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique is using with non-probability sampling technique purposive sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis using SPSS 23.0. The results of this study indicate that Knowledge Management has no significant eefect on Employee Performance, there is a significant influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance, there is a significant influence of Work Discipline on Employee Pemformance , Motivation is able to moderate the influence of Knowledge Management on Employee Performance, Motivation is not able to moderate the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance, Motivation is not able to moderate the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance.
