Abstract

Eka Ratna Sari, 15101155110018, Accounting, 2019. Effect of Capital Structure, Profitability, Company Size Of Value Company with Variable Control As a Managerial Ownership (Empirical Study At Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017) This study was conducted to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), profitability (ROE), and the size of the company (SIZE) to firm value (PBV) with managerial ownership (KM) as control variables. capital structure (DER), profitability (ROE), and the size of the company (SIZE) were used as independent variables, the enterprise value (PBV) as the dependent variable and managerial ownership (KM) as control variables. The data used are secondary data from the financial statements and annual report 2013 to 2017. Technical analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis performed purosive sampling sample with 37 companies out of a total population of 165 companies. Results showed partial that struktu capital (DER) has no significant effect on firm value (PBV), profitability (ROE) is partially significant effect on firm value (PBV), company size (Size) is partially significant effect on firm value (PBV ), and Managerial Ownership partially significant effect on firm value (PBV). While simultaneously the capital structure (DER), profitability (ROE), firm size (Size), and Managerial Ownership significant effect on firm value (PBV).
