Currently the Puskesmas Lembah Melintang District uses information systemsconventional, namely recording patient data in a book, then recapitulating itback to make a report. The existing system has manydisadvantages include allowing errors, requiring timelong time in the process of finding data, and in the process of making reports. This study aims to produce an information systemprocessing patient data that is faster, more effective, effective and efficient onLembah Melintang District Health Center. To support this research,The method of data collection is done by observation, interview, studyliterature and interviews. The results of this study are to facilitate the partiesClinic in Lembah Melintang District Health Center in the data processing patients, assisting in the process of inputting data, searching data, and reportingpatient data, can minimize errors and replace the systemthe role of the old (conventional) system is less effective and efficient.
