Abstract
ABSTRACT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK DEMANDS AND SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH (K3) IN NAKES AT HOME SICK PATIENT REPLACES COVID-19 AT RSUD SOUTH COAST This research aims to determine the relationship between work demands and work safety for health workers at RSUD Tapan, south coast. The independent variable in this study is job demands and the dependent variable is work safety. Measuring instruments used in this research are job demands and work safety scale. using the method developed by Isaac and Michael is a way to determine the number of samples that meet the following conditions: known population size; at the error level (significance level) of 1%, 5% and 10%; and this method is specifically used for normally distributed samples (Sugiyono, 2011). Therefore, the health workers used as the research sample were 133 Kariawan people with a significant level of 10% at RSUD Tapan Pantai Selatan. Validity and reliability tests in this study used the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the scale of job demands with the corrected item-total correlation values ranged from 0.377 to 0.733, while the reliability coefficient was 0.664. with the corrected item-total correlation values ranging from 0.311 to 0.762, while the reliability coefficient is 0.739. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of - 0.324 with a significance level of 0.000 is obtained, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant negative relationship between work demands and work safety for health workers at RSUD Tapan Pantai Selatan. The effective contribution of variable job demands to work safety is 10%. Key words: work demands, work safety, health workers
