Abstract

SMK N 1 Koto XI Tarusan is a state vocational high school located at di Jl. Raya Padang-Painan KM. 52 Batu Hampar, Kec. Koto XI Tarusan, Kab. Pesisir Selatan, Prov. Sumatera Barat. The problem in SMK N 1 Koto XI Tarusan is that teacher assessment is still done manually, making it difficult to determine the quality of the teacher. To solve the problem, this study aims to build a Decision Support System by applying Weight Product (WP) method that is able to perform the process of calculating teacher performance assessment more effectively and efficiently. With the application of these methods, it can provide more thorough and accurate calculation results so as to help the school in making more optimal decisions to determine the right and best teacher performance.
