ABSTRACT TITLE : DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ACCEPTANCE OF FEASIBILITY OF LAPTOP INSTALLMENT IN NYATA JAYA COMPUTER PADANG USING MULTIFACTOR PROCESS (MFEP) METHOD USING VISUAL BASIC 2017 PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE AND MYSQL DATABASE NAME : FIRMAN DELKO SYAFRI NO BP : 16101152610264 FACULTY : COMPUTER SCIENCE MAJORS : INFORMATION SYSTEMS EDUCATIONAL LEVEL : STRATA-1 (S1) SUPERVISOR : 1. Surmayanti, S.Kom, M.Kom. 2. Hezy Kurnia, S.Kom, M.Kom. Nyata Jaya Computer is a form of company engaged in the field of laptop installments. In the process of processing laptop installment data has difficulty in analyzing the assessment of installments in determining the value of achievements in each criterion. This is due to the company still does not have a specific standard in the form of a percentage variable for decision making in the assessment of installment payments. therefore we need an installment analysis system in the form of a decision support system. these problems need a decision support system using the multifactor evaluation process (MFEP) method. in the MFEP first of all all criteria that are important factors in making consideration are given appropriate weighting. the same steps are also taken for the alternatives to be chosen, which can then be evaluated in relation to the factors considered. the MFEP method determines that the alternative with the highest value is the best solution based on the criteria chosen. This system can process data from customers who want to make a laptop installment with predetermined criteria such as work, income, status, age and domicile. with this system the nyata jaya computer Padang easier to select customers who want to make a laptop installment. the resulting system is expected to overcome existing problems, and the information generated is more accurate.
