Fajrul Islami, S.Kom., M.Kom. With the development of information technology today, everyone needs tools to make it easier and help to work, both personally and in business. The increasing use of computers has become a sign of having a big impact on doing business. To deal with today's competitive problems, managers or company managers need fast and accurate information. This information will be used for computer aids as support in information systems and data input as well as decision making which is indispensable in the business world. One of the benefits is the creation of management applications, which can assist in planning internal control and solving service or product problems. Benro Hotel Syariah Inn is a business engaged in hotel services where this hotel has several different room services. The hotel service process is still done manually to input and output data, which can still lead to errors or misinformation.
