Abstract

ABSTRACT Inventory is an activity to record and arrange the goods or materials contained properly according to applicable regulations, and the inventory is done in order to improve the management and effective oversight of the office's belongings. Based on research conducted found several problems including data processing is still manual which has not been using the database for data storage. In data processing equipment inventory Dharmasraya District Office takes a lot of time and effort because of the data listed entry equipment inventory to a computer using Microsoft Excel without any use of the database, so that the equipment inventory data search will take a long time. To improve services and streamline inventory control system equipment is developed a data procaising system equipment inventory is still manual into information systems Basic.6.0 Visual equipment inventory equipment inventory data is information that can be accessed by officers with the system more quickly and effectively . With the development of information systems equipment inventory is expected to address issues related to data processing equipment inventory, as well as facilitate the inventory data searching equipment.
