Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of leadership, professionalism and work environment on the performance of teachers. Data sources are primary data and data collection techniques are using questionnaires, interview, and observation with a sample of 62 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that leadership has partially positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers. Meanwhile, professionalism and work environment have partially positive but not significant influence on the performance of teachers. This result showed that leadership has significant influence on the performance of teachers, so, it is expected that the headmaster could lead better. As for professionalism and work environment, it is expected that the headmaster gives special attention to both of these variables in order to improve performance of teachers in the future. Keywords.
