Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and the level of resilience in unemployed undergraduate graduates in Tebo Regency. The independent variable in this study is social support while the dependent variable is the level of resilience. The measuring instrument used in this research is the scale of social support and the level of resilience. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were 73 unemployed undergraduate graduates in Tebo Regency. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficients on the social support scale move from rix = 0.307 to rix = 0.783 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.936 while the results of the validity coefficients on the resilience level scale move from rix = 0.309 to rix = 0.885 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.958. Based on data analysis, obtained a correlation value of 0.373 with a significance level of 0.000 which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between social support and the level of resilience in unemployed undergraduate graduates in Tebo Regency.
