Abstract

This study aims to measure how much influence the knowledge of the budget and job relevant information on asymmetric information in SKDP District Government. Solok. SKPD is the local government (provincial and district/city) as the implementing executive functions that must be coordinated in order to run with good governance. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires. In this study used multiple regression analysis method. After analyzing the data, it was found that knowledge of budgets significant negative effect on asymmetric information. This means that with the increasing knowledge of the budget to reduce the occurrence of asymmetric information so that subordinates can communicate information owned by the employer. While job relevant information no significant effect on asymmetric information, it indicates the presenceof job relevant information may not reduce the occurrence of asymmetric information. But simultaneously there is a significant relationship between the variables of knowledge about budgeting and job relevant information to asymmetric information.
