Abstract
The aims of this study were to examine the effect of managerial ownership, investment decisions, and dividend policy on market performance. The research was conducted at Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2013-2015. The sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method, which is 145 companies. Data were analysed using panel data regression method with fixed effect model estimation. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has no significant effect on market performance, meanwhile investment decisions have a significant effect on market performance. In addition, the study also found that dividend policy has a significant effect on market performance. Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Investment Decision, Dividend Policy, Market Performance
