Abstract

Rizana Amelia, 2024, The Relationship between Learning Motivation and Learning Discipline of Class X Beauty Students at SMKN 7 Padang, Even Semester 2023/2024. Bachelor of Information Engineering Education, Faculty of Teaching and Education, Putra Indonesia University "YPTK" Padang This research aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning discipline in Class X Beauty Students at SMKN 7 Padang, Even Semester 2023/2024. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The research population was 128 people registered in the 2023/2024 academic year, with a sample of 99 people taken using a proportional random sampling technique. This research examines the relationship between learning motivation and student learning discipline. The instrument used in data collection in this research was a questionnaire prepared according to the Likert scale model. Data analysis was carried out using statistical programs on SPSS 16 and Microsoft Excel 2016 computers. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the r value was 0.684 with an alpha level of 0.05 because the calculated t value was9,231(sig 0,000< α 0.05) then there is a significant positive relationship between Learning Motivation and Learning Discipline of Class X Beauty Students at SMKN 7 Padang, Even Semester 2023/2024.
